Analyst - Finance

This analyst provides moderately complex accounting, financial reporting, planning and analysis of an organizations expenditures and initiatives. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide general financial analysis and support of an organization s annual budget process, expense/service fee/staffing forecasts and statistical reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial forecasts.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships across functional teams to resolve financial reporting, forecasting and analysis issues.
• Maintain various systems/databases for budget analysis, allocations and forecasts.
• Assist in other financial research projects and analysis of operational results.

Qualifications Under limited supervision, responsible for analysis of the pricing of goods and services to stay competitive in the market. Operates independently and may provide guidance to others.

Processes daily pricing requests from internal field sales personnel per established service level agreements. Makes recommendations regarding pricing policies based on established guidelines. Maintains historical pricing data on the organization. Performs analysis to understand customer price sensitivity and the impact of pricing changes to the business. Prepares profitability analysis for incremental sales opportunities. May develop historical pricing reports.

Requires CMA Qualification

Requires strong mathematical and analytical abilities. Require understanding of financial data and pricing dynamics. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Must be effective in written and verbal communication. Must have attention to detail, be organized and manage time and tasks.
