Job Purpose:
• Part of Global Financial Markets (GFM) Sales business catering to South India Large Corporates
• Strategic focus on onboarding and delivering of GFM solution to Large Corporates
• Structure solutions to optimize currency & interest rates risk management and capital raising solutions for Large Corporates.
Key Accountabilities:
• Work in close coordination with IBG, GTS and Network Partners to push GFM agenda to build a long term sustainable Large Corporates franchisee for the bank in South India.
• To identify and onboard new client relationships for the bank
• Enhance product, processes & delivery capabilities in FX and Derivatives Sales with strong risk management and corporate governance
• Build strong internal relationships with IBG-MNC, GTS, trading desk, Group Research & Industry Teams to deliver client solutions
• Strictly adhering to all internal and external regulations at all points of time
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Acquisition of Large Corporate clients in South India Region
• Meet existing and potential clients to explore & offer treasury solutions.
• Leverage on the existing global RCF mandates to enhance client Relationship
• Structure Large Corporates specific engagement program across IBG & GTS, Industry Teams, Regional Large Corporates coverage and prepare Large Corporates specific pitches to onboard new clients.
• Work with various internal stakeholders to develop new treasury products, delivery model and industry insights
• Work with clients to bring efficiencies in their treasury processes (digital delivery), focused conversations / trainings to up-tier RMs knowledge of markets
• Ensure appropriate Management Information & Control systems are in place to monitor progress

Experience
- 12-18 years
Education / Preferred Qualifications
- Post-Graduation in Finance (MBA/ CA), CFA and/or FRM will be added advantage
- Tracking Financial Market updates and key macro / micro events.

- Knowledge of financial markets and the prevailing regulatory framework /guidelines in T&M space.
- Ability to understand and analyse trends in the financial markets to offer quality risk management solutions to clients
Work Relationship
- Working closely with Corporate Banking relationship managers, GTS team & trading team to identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities in the portfolio
- Coordination with other T&M sales team members and support unit partners
