JOB POSITION

Sr. Associate (Finance)

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
  • Should be very strong in basics of Accounts.
  • Primary duties include but are not limited to maintains billing system database; identifies, analyzes, and reconciles discrepancies in data; posts to sub ledgers.
  • Adheres to maintained internal controls and tracking reports for reconciliations and analysis.
  • Should handle all the collection effort like sending letters for the outstanding receivable etc
  • Keep a complete and accurate record of all collection efforts.
  • Assembles and maintains all necessary documentation for billing purposes.
  • coordinates account eligibility with Membership areas; and provides billing information to internal and external contacts; and first line collections.
  • Should be having a good knowldege on excel, power BI etc
  • Worked in mainframe will be added advantage
  • Should be very srtong in analytical knowledge
  • Professional and timely oral or written communication to internal and external customers.
  • Fully proficient with daily tasks and is able to handle more complex billing situations with minimal guidance and provide recommendations for decision makingProblem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress.
  • Handling Escalations.


QUALIFICATION
  • B. Com/MBA in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Qualified CMA

EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 3-6 years of tax experience, focused on tax compliance and tax return preparation.


SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
  • Chartered Accountant or Chartered Accountant eligible preferred
  • Solid understanding of U.S. sales and use tax preferred but not required.
  • Experience with insurance is a plus but not required .
