Position Overview:
Boeing Defense India team is currently looking for Senior Business Finance Manager to join their team in New Delhi, India.
Position Responsibilities:
- Be a key member of the Business leadership team, contributing to the development of strategic goals and objectives and leading key initiatives
- Provide financial advice to the business on strategic and operational issues, run business case analysis in support of management decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Effectively plan and manage business rates and overheads, with a focus on affordability.
- Financial oversight and review of program budgets/forecasts, schedules and performance.
- Maintainastrongcontrol environmentachieved throughmaintainingaclearauthoritymatrix, auditing activity (internal and external) and regular performance reviews.
- OwntheFinancialresultsforthebusiness.Ensurestrongfinancialhygieneand governance
- Driveeffectivemanagementofworkingcapital,cashflows,costs and margins
- Leadtheannual budget processand longrangebusinessplanpreparationandmonitorthedelivery of key financial targets
- Work with External consultants and advisors
- Drive proposal strategies, including support to commercial negotiations. This will involve supporting the formulation of competitive proposals and negotiation strategies including review and inputs to proposal pricing
- Partner with finance colleagues across the enterprise in the oversight and support of Boeing India operations for execution.
- Responsible for Management Reporting in close coordination with different Business units, Programs and functions
- Ability to inspire and motivate individual contributors and accomplish results through non-management employees who may or may not exercise significant latitude and independence in their assignments.
- Other tasks and duties requested by management

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Master's Degree (with major in finance) or QualifiedCharteredAccountant(CA) is required as BASIC QUALIFICATION with15+years ofrelevant experience.
- Experienceofleadingthefinancefunctionforasizableorganization preferably with manufacturing operations
- Experienceofpartneringinagrowingbusinessand demonstratedcontributionsinsupporting the growth agenda
- ExperienceofworkingwithMNCs'andacomfortwithoperatinginamulti-culturalset-up. Demonstrated ability to work across borders, cultures and time zones
- Goodknowledgeofcommercials/pricing,accountingandfinancial controls(e.g. IndianGAAP,US GAAP)
- Strongnegotiationskillswithatrackrecordofconcludingcommercialdeals
- Provenabilitytoinspireandmanageteams,bothdirectlyandthroughamatrixmanagement structure
- Goodinterpersonalskillswith anabilitytowintherespectand trustofcolleagues,employees, suppliers and customers
- Strongethical andprofessional values;theabilitytoresolveissueswithoutcompromisingon ethics
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience in SAP system (preferred)
- Aerospace & Defense industry exposure( preferred)
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. CA) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+ 15 years' related work experience.

This position does offer relocation within INDIA.
