We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Business Analyst
- As a Business Manager for COO will be responsible for planning and strategy for COO function.
- Responsible for contributing to Technology centre strategy, change management, process streamlining and automation.
- Strong Business and Data capabilities to streamline process and data analytics to drive efficiencies
- Responsible for financial planning, forecast and reporting budget vs Actuals for tech centres.
- Ensure timely submission of Technology financials to the Centre Operations Director monthly with meaningful analysis.
- Lead for all IT COO finance matters associated to AOP planning, actual costs tracking.
- SME on all financial tools, cost processes, recovery charges, budget interlock, target setting within IT COO.
- Own the provision of IT COO cost reporting and articulating key messaging through monthly and ad-hoc reviews with businesses and finance counterparts (COO, CFO).
- Build strong and effective relationships across a complex and senior stakeholder framework.
- Providing Business Management support including but not limited to people and resourcing, financial cost control and planning, governance, strategy, functional construct/structure and resolving ad-hoc issues as they arise.
Requirements
To act as a trusted finance partner to help IT COO achieve operational and strategic success through provision of financial management information, forecasting and decision-support cost analytics.
- Coordinate and facilitate the Awards for IT COO team along with wider stakeholders.
- Responsible for technology centre strategy paper, process documentation and transformation initiatives
- To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- CA/ICWA, MBA finance and Ops with more than 10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Accounts & Finance and affinity for numbers.
- High level of analytical skills and ability to learn complicated functions in short period of time and transfer knowledge appropriately.
- Leadership skills, with ability to build rapport with internal & external customers / Business areas.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other MS office tools.
- Organized, disciplined and understands the importance of accuracy and integrity of data.
- Articulate and able to influence decision-making and negotiate with senior stakeholder groups.
- Self-starter and able to work autonomously in high pressured environments, with little direction.
- Maintaining strong control environment by testing processes to verify controls, developing and implementing required corrective actions to strengthen controls.
- Understanding or experience of digital or technology focused businesses
- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.
