Accounts Assistant

• PROFILE SUMMARY
• We are hiring a Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant who is skilled to support the chartered accountant in end-to-end auditing processes. An ideal candidate must be able to support end-to-end audits and execution of the financial statements. The candidate shall be provided ample on-the-job training and shall be accountable for filing GST & TDS Returns for the clients. The candidate must be proficient with MS Excel and must hold a good command over other accounting procedures.
• ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
• Support the development and implementation of financial policies & procedures
• Work in a team to support in Audit and tax assignments Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory reports and returns
• Support the team to perform internal and external audits
• Support in the implementation of audit recommendations to improve internal controls
• Participate in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements & MIS
• Support the team in monitoring and managing cashflows for optimal liquidity to the client
• Contribute to the development and enforcement of internal controls
• Support in streamlining of financial processes for efficiency
• Manage work on Accounting software like Tally, Quick books, etc.
• SKILLS
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and practices
• Familiarity with financial modeling and analysis
• Basic understanding of Taxation & compliances
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Good communication skills with an ability to work on stringent timelines
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• ELIGIBILITY
• 0-3 years experience as a semi-qualified CA/CS/CMA
• B.com/BBA Graduate
