Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle FCCS Consolidation and Reporting Manager to join our team in Mumbai, India. This role is pivotal in overseeing the consolidation and financial reporting processes using Oracle Financial Consolidation and Cloud Service (FCCS). The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial consolidation, reporting, and Oracle FCCS functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and management of Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial consolidation models and reporting structures within Oracle FCCS.
  • Ensure accurate and timely consolidation of financial data from multiple entities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial reporting processes and address any system or process issues.
  • Perform data validations, troubleshoot discrepancies, and generate accurate financial reports and dashboards.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle FCCS functionalities and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance, manage updates, and work with Oracle support to resolve technical issues.
  • Stay updated on Oracle FCCS enhancements and industry trends to recommend improvements and optimizations.
  • Manage financial consolidation, close and narrative reporting process
  • Consolidation and closing process such as data upload, Inter-company eliminations, Currency translation, Consolidation of Investment, FCCS issues, report studio etc.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and special projects to further enhance and simplify deployed processes of FCCS
  • Assist in the review of financial statements and schedules for the quarterly and annual reporting and support external and internal audit process
  • Review judgmental areas of accounting and assist with documentation of complex accounting and consolidation matters


Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial consolidation and reporting, with at least 3 years specifically working with Oracle FCCS.
  • CA with 3 to 5 years' experience in Consolidation for a Group of 40+ subsidiaries
  • Strong understanding of consolidation principles, financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and financial analysis.
  • Proven experience in configuring and managing Oracle FCCS applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Hyperion Consolidation Tool will be added advantage
