About the role

What you'll own?

  • Finance Process Ownership: Take full ownership of all finance processes, from bookkeeping and payroll to financial reporting and compliance.
  • Automation Implementation: Identify opportunities for automation within finance processes and implement tools and systems to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and increase accuracy.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Technology Integration: Work closely with tech team and other departments to integrate finance systems with other business tools, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate financial information.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance finance processes, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance automation.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and tax regulations and standards, and implement risk management strategies to safeguard company assets.
  • Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with other departments to understand their financial needs and provide training on new finance tools and processes as needed.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and manage company expenses, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.


Your are a great fit if you:

  • CA or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a finance role, with a focus on automation and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in Zoho ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in current financial, tax and corporate regulations and standards.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
