Position Overview:

As a Deputy Manager- Finance at Healthify, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing financial operations. Drawing on your extensive experience in audit practices and financial management, you will ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal control standards. Your role will involve strategic financial planning, reporting to drive financial performance and support business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support organizational goals.
  • Prepare and review financial forecasts, budgets, and financial models.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to enhance financial performance.

  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, working with various departments to gather and consolidate budget inputs.
  • Monitor and analyze budget performance and financial metrics.
  • Develop and update financial forecasts based on changing business conditions.

  • Compliance and Internal Controls: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting principles, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as needed.


  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) preferred.
    • Minimum one year of experience in statutory auditing with a Big Four accounting firms is preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and audit standards.
    • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
