Position : Full time - Assistant Manager Accounting and Operations.

Location : Chennai

Work Mode: Work From Office

Minimum 2+ years of Experience in handling payroll, accounting functions in an organization or auditing firm. Preference Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Budgeting, planning, forecasting of Financials.Â
  • Accounting Operations:Â Handling Accounts Payable, Receivable, Collections, Invoices and Vendor Payments.
  • Statutory Management: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements including Income Tax and GST and filing of necessary returns with regulatory authorities. Coordinate and assist in statutory audits and compliances under Companies Act.
  • Payroll and HR:Â Handle Payroll and related functions, employee reimbursement requests, Assist HR in Operational and generalist activities.Â
  • Data Handling: Preparing periodic and accurate reports for management review.


Qualifications
  • CA Inter/ masterâs degree in business management / accounting.
  • Proven multi-tasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.Â
  • Expertise in Accounting and Payroll products/ software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and related Applications.
