Job Overview

We are currently looking to build an exceptionally strong FinOps team in Gurgaon, India where we are optimizing financial operations and enhancing our ability to deliver top-tier solutions to clients. Responsibilities And Duties

Financial Management:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and Ind AS, and manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) ERP and Financial Systems.
• Utilize ERP tools like Quickbooks/Tally to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiencies.
• Implement and maintain financial systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  
  

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a team of high performing team of finance professionals.
• Provide guidance on complex financial matters and support professional development.
  
  

Compliance And Auditing

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Coordinate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
  
  

Data Analysis And Reporting

• Act as an individual contributor in key financial projects, providing strategic insights and hands-on support.
• Work closely with various teams to maintain financial dashboards and provide insights for decision-making.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to perform tasks like financial data analysis, budget preparation, variance analysis, etc.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; MBA in Finance is preferred.
• Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on US accounting and bookkeeping.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is preferred.
