Your responsibilities include:
- The candidate will work as a business analyst on change projects to implement delivery and will support the projects across the project lifecycle engaging with Business and IT partners to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Use Business Analysis tools and techniques to gather and clearly articulate the as-is business processes, identify problems and inefficiencies and define business requirements for process improvements
- Serve as a liaison with managers of line functions to identify, define and accurately document business requirements following CS standard methodology
- Handle requirements and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that requirements are delivered as specified, and change impact assessments can be made
- Should transform business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Communicates clearly with all partners. Develops multiple solutions options and can convey the merits and issues of each to ensure clear understanding of impact across the organization
- Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for integration, functional and user acceptance testing.
- Ensure compliance with established guidelines for accurate and timely project delivery achievements
- Work closely with the line and IT teams, contribute in end-to-end for the delivery of projects

- Proven academic track record and outstanding understanding of accounting principle
- Basic understanding of product asset classes - Secured funding, Derivatives, Structured notes etc
- Flair for technical concepts like - SQL (DDL and DML queries), innovation tools like Qliksense, R, Python
- Hands-on approach with strong robust critical judgement
- Outstanding active listening and communication skills
- Outstanding problem solving skills and analytical skills
