The Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing business and finance partnering for BU Finance. This position will report to the FP&A Finance Sr Manager and will carry primary responsibility towards Quarterly Business Review, Querying, Reporting and Analyzing Sales, Pipeline and Forecast. The right candidate must be technology savvy in terms of data mining, manipulation, synthesis and project-oriented to craft and create rhythm of business KPIs, end-to-end process improvements, etc. Specific responsibilities include the following:
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5-8 years of business unit financial support / FP&A experience. Prior experience with Information Technology industry preferred.
• Expertise in MS Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, SAP BI, SFDC, Snowflake
• Education: Finance, accounting, economics, or related degree, Qualified CA/CWA/CS/MBA preferred.
• Strong computer skills, particularly ERP systems, tools and applications e.g. SAP, Oracle, SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), Oracle My HR System, SAP BI/BW, SFDC, Excel and PowerPoint
• Highly competent in manipulating and analyzing large amounts of data and drawing key insights.
• An ability to excel with limited direction/supervision and under ambiguous circumstances.

- Business Partnering: Collaboration with Product Line Managers to support Sales strategies aligned with business objectives. Provide financial insights and analysis to support business cases and sales maximization. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Reports/Dashboards/Stories: Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly analysis and reporting of Sales Achievement, Pipeline analysis for weekly forecasting. Ensuring in-depth understanding of dashboards, business review packages. Stakeholder management for various exec. review material.
- Month Close: Supporting MEC process - Ensuring in-depth understanding of accruals and analysis of actuals, inter department cross charges, passing of Journal Entries and preparation of MEC reporting packs including variance explanations on a high ownership level.
- BI Tools: Knowledge and hand-on experience on business intelligence applications: SAP BI, Alteryx, Tableau, SFDC, Snowflake
- Adhocs: Handling all adhoc queries/deliverables from the finance and business.
