Job Description

As the Senior Director - Financial Planning and Analysis for the US Market, you will:

• Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.
• Retain constant awareness of the company's financial position and act to prevent problems.
• Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system.
• Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel.
• Prepare detailed reports on financial performance regularly.
• Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives.
• Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines in all operations.
• Organise processes to drive financial planning across departments

The Successful Applicant

As a successful Senior Director - Financial Planning and Analysis, you must possess:

• Proven experience of at least 10 years within the BPO / KPO / ITES/ IT industry
• Willingness to work in Mumbai City in a UK shift
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices.
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
• At least 5 years of pure-play FP&A experience, either corporate or in an FP&A tower.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
• An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• MBA Finance from a top institute or professional accountancy qualification such as a Chartered Accountant
