Fixed Income Product Controller
The client is looking for a Fixed Income Product Controller manages accounting and financial reporting for Fixed Income trading desks, overseeing daily revenues, P&L production, and balance sheet substantiation. This role involves interacting with trading desks, liaising with various internal teams, and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Description
- Oversee daily, monthly, and quarterly P&L Production and analysis, including risk based attribution, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting and general ledger close processes
- Track and analyze transactions, P&L, and daily revenues and review IPV results with the Valuation team to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate with various internal departments such as operations, technology, middle office, and market risk to support financial and operational processes
- Identify and implement process re-engineering initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies and streamline workflows
- Assess new trades for appropriate valuation , accounting treatment, and disclosure in financial statements, and contribute to Finance initiatives and key external reports
Profile
- Bachelor's degree is a MUST
- 3+ years of Fixed Income experience
- 5-7 years experience in a Product Controller position a MUST
- CPA or CFA preferred
- Previous management experience is a plus
