Position: Manufacturing Controller / Accounting Manager

Location: Indiana - South Central - Greenwood/Whiteland/Franklin area

Description: The Manufacturing Controller / Accounting Manager will be responsible for financials in all areas of commercial industrial operations. Position will have one direct report.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting


• 4+ years of commercial/industrial operations Finance / Accounting / Controller-level experience

• Strong presentation skills - must be able to communicate with and deliver results of financial analyses to parties at all levels from Department Managers to Senior Executives


• Global operations experience highly desired


• Stable employment history - no job hoppers will be considered


• Must be authorized for working in the U.S. without visa sponsorship, now or in the future

Salary will be commensurate with education and experience. We are currently targeting candidates whose experience will command a base salary of around $95K-$110K.

Local candidates preferred. (May consider relocation but only for candidates who have pre-existing ties to the local area.)
