We are looking for Management Trainee - CA

You'll make a difference by

Controlling

• Cost and price calculation together with the responsible bid manager and developing various cost/ price scenarios.
• Support during tender / offer stage in LoA, CF, EMD, Bid Bonds, offer calculations etc. along with coordination with corporate departments
• Discussions with corporate departments viz, taxes, insurance, logistics etc and ensure inclusion of their feedback in the offer calculations to achieve a comprehensive bid preparation.
• Finalizing the Offer documentation like Financial Forms etc. and ensuring that all bid documentation is complete.
• Work on Strategic business transactions and ad-hoc analysis for solving business challenges and problems
• Identify ways to make optimum use of technology for day-to-day workings

Project Management

• Understanding and Ensuring compliance to the PM@Siemens guidelines.
• Understanding nuances of project controlling and ensuring project financials are correctly maintained.
• Ensuring that all the risks/opportunities are identified and included as part of calculations along with mitigation measures and action plans
• Discussions with corporate departments viz, taxes, insurance, logistics etc and ensure inclusion of their feedback in the offer calculations to achieve a comprehensive bid preparation.
• Reviewing contract requirements from an execution perspective and supporting the project managers in claim and change order management

Bid Management

• Understanding and working pre tendering activities and submission of offers for small projects
• Finalizing the Offer documentation like Financial Forms etc. and ensuring that all bid documentation is complete
• Understanding, reviewing and evaluating the customer terms and arranging for relevant internal approvals based on the Limits of Authority (LoA) and, business risk class, Credit Admin process.
• Ensuring that all the process related compliances are met with respect to offer compilation
  Getting well versed with PM tools like LoA tool and PM processes like LoA approvals and documentation
• Support during tender / offer stage in LoA, CF, EMD, Bid Bonds, offer calculations etc. along with coordination with corporate departments

Desired Skills:

• You should have minimum experience of 0-2 years with bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in commerce or finance or accounting along with CA/CS/ICWA
• Expert in building complex financial models for costing evaluation
• Ability to understand business levers, draw useful insights from data and suggest action plan
• Expert knowledge of MS Excel, power point and SAP
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to coordinate with cross functional teams
• Ability to work in complex environment and handle unstructured business problems independently
