Junior Commercial Controller

Assist Commercial Controller to prepare reports on financial performance tailored to the needs of leadership. Accountable for entire Group reporting for Actual, Budget, Latest Estimates and SAF1
Main Responsibilities:
PLANNING & FORECAST

• Meet the timing required for compliance with the budgeting and planning process
• Coordinate and supervise with all departments in the preparation of the budget/latest estimates data , ensure departmental reporting of actual versus budget/forecast data (by brand, by country, by channel and by SKU)
• Prepare year-end forecast of the outcome to both volume and value
• Report the Actual/Budget/Forecast at central level
• Update the Central planning tool (EPM) for Budgeting/SAF1
  

CONTROLLING & REPORTING

• Preparing monthly actual P&L for Region India
• Preparing Brand/SKU wise P&L with GAP analysis (mainly to evaluate vol effect, mix impact, pure price effect, FX effect and others )
• Prepare a P&L model for Rolling forecast of the P&L
• Report the monthly closure of BU performance
• Load & Report HFM data
• Analysis of Other Income highlighting Risk and Opportunities.
• ROI analysis for all the key investments (Trade Spends).
• Prepare presentations for Business Review, Budget & SAF1
• Maintain the Pricing in SAP with 100% accuracy
• Release Standard Costing at year end with 100% accuracy
• Support Commercial Controller in PDP P&L evaluations

Who we are looking for:

• Chartered Accountant from a reputed institute with 4-7 years of experience.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEGE (if required)

• Strong knowledge in SAP (FICO, MM),Excel and powerpoint
• Must have 4-5 years of experience in FP&A team with FMCG companies
• BW
• HFM
