Job Description

Job Title: Accounting Specialist - Fixed Assets Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's fixed asset records and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards pertaining to fixed assets.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure the accuracy of fixed asset records.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to management regarding fixed asset acquisitions and disposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline fixed asset accounting processes.
• Prepare detailed reports on the status and performance of fixed assets.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in fixed asset management.
• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and audits.

The Successful Applicant

Job Title: Accounting Specialist - Fixed Assets

• Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant
• Minimum of 5 years of overall experience in Accounting & Finance, specifically in Fixed Assets.
• Candidate should come with experience dealing with the Industrial / Manufacturing industry, preferably in the Chemical sector.
