What will your essential responsibilities include
.Review/ provide support for the Solvency reporting mainly on Data Extraction, validation, and analysis from EFR, HFM and Magnitude tools.
.Balance Sheet validation and substantiation checks.
.Variance analysis on QnQ and YoY results.
.Update existing process documentation and prepare additional documentation as needed.
.Review and perform Quarterly and Annual reporting templates.
.Active stakeholder coordination.
.Review and drive Intra/intercompany reconciliation process including Preparation, Research & Clearance, Compliance and Governance.
.Preparing analysis/reports and reconciliations on various ad-hoc requests as and when requested.
.Arrange required supporting/details as part of Q&A/Audit /Internal controls if required.
.Implement change management in reporting and participate in system enhancement UATs as and when necessary.
.Ensuring the documentation of new/existing processes as per business requirements and standardization
.Transversal Project/Initiatives:
.Support team in system enhancement UATs as and when necessary.
.Identify and analyze potential process improvement opportunities within and between finance disciplines.
You will report to the Senior Delivery Lead - Financial Accounting and Reporting.

Required Skills and Abilities:
.CA/ CPA with relevant years of experience or MBA Finance/Commerce Graduate with relevant years of statutory reporting, having a grasp of overall Financial Statements and Insurance concepts.
.Effective analytical skills and attention to detail.
.Good Technical knowledge - IT skills (MS Office, VBA, Power BI etc.).
Desired Skills and Abilities:
.Good Communication & interpersonal skills ability to communicate technical to non-technical audiences.
.Good Technical knowledge - IT skills (MS Office, VBA, Power BI etc) and SAP-based applications HFM, Magnitude etc. are a plus.
.Work experience in Big 4/consultancy MNCs is preferred.
.Good Communication & interpersonal skills ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
.Willingness to ask 'why' and 'how we can improve.'
.Organized, methodical, and able to deal effectively with multiple priorities and multitasking.
.Ability to work resiliently in a fast-paced environment.
