We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Finance Operations
Principal responsibilities
- Prepare and post monthly Journal / Month end reclassification entries
- Preparation of asset listing / and Other IFRS 9 related return
- Saracen submission for Insurance entity - IFRS 17
- Should be well versed with Financial statement closure procedures of Insurance business
- Should be well versed with the key requirement of Risk & Control
- Responsible for reviewing the Inter and Intra company variances
- Assist the Manager in completing various period end close responsibilities
- Maintain up to date documentation for all Journal processed and supporting activities.
- Prepare reports for the Customer/ Management / Group in accordance with set standards
- Acquire and update knowledge on IFRS / US GAAP
- B.Com /M.Com/ MBA/CA (Inter)/ICWA(Inter):3-5yrs,ICWA:2-5yrs,CA:-1-2yrs
- Prior experience of Insurance accounting and reporting is must
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience of working in Corporate Industry profile would be an added advantage.
- Stretch Hours at month end is normal practice , candidate should be flexible to work in any time zone, should have handled large database and have proficiency in excel.
