Job Description

• 
  Project Valuation and Financial Planning:
  • Lead the valuation of development projects, analyse financial risks, and structure financing plans, ensuring robust financial models and accurate accounting inputs.
• 
  Decision Support and Risk Management:
  • Assist in business development by providing market forecasts, conducting sensitivity analyses, and advising on risk allocation, bank-ability, and tax structuring.
• 
  Team Management and Development:
  • Manage and train junior team members, set annual objectives, perform performance reviews, and ensure their professional development.
• 
  Implementation, Monitoring, and Reporting:
  • Allocate resources, prepare proposals, negotiate with lenders, monitor team performance, report significant developments, and support audits.

The Successful Applicant

• 
  Educational Qualifications: MBA in Finance/Economics, CA degree, or professional qualifications such as CFA, CIMA, ACA, or ACCA.
• 
  Professional Experience: 4-12 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in M&A, or project finance, including leading valuation efforts and financing transactions to financial close.
