Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Balance Sheet Pack:
- For Controllers / CFO review.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure timely action on open items.
- Month Close and Quarter Close Activities:
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing activities.
- Coordinate year-end statutory audits ensuring timely completion.
- Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure compliance with corporate policy, IND AS, IFC, and SOX requirements for CTB-related activities (e.g., revenue recognition, lease accounting, BS hygiene, P&L accounting).
- Process Improvement:
- Enhance existing processes through automation.
- Eliminate non-value-added activities.
- Margin Compliance:
- Ensure margin compliance as per local taxation while closing IGAAP financials quarterly due to the ITO being a Cost-Plus entity.
- Financial Reporting:
- Analyze, record, and report accounting transactions promptly.
- Prepare general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
- Respond to inquiries from management, auditors, and others regarding financial results and special reporting requests.

Qualifications:
Education, Licenses, Certifications
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Chartered Accountant preferred.

- Financial Regulations Acumen: Evaluates applicable regulations for the financial area of focus, such as tax, banking, pension, and local accounting to ensure underlying transactions are recorded in compliance with applicable regulations. Explains key requirements and purpose of regulations and implications to the business to inform and educate relevant stakeholders.
- US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles: Evaluates US accounting standards to record transactions in compliance with requirements and company policies. Assesses the accounting requirements and objectives to determine the implications on the business and communicate to stakeholders with varying financial knowledge.
Experience:
- Chartered Accountant with 0-3 years of experience or an experienced professional with 5+ years in the accounting field.
- Minimal relevant professional work experience in the field of study required.
