Responsible for preparing quarterly reconciliations which include FDM vs EFR vs HFM Reconciliation, Qlik Dashboards vs HFM reconciliation etc.
Prepare and Post journals related to Expense Accruals, PYD CAT OLL bookings etc.
Assist in the preparation of Income Statement Analysis and commentaries.
Responsible for extracting queries from HFM/EFR and various other systems and analyzing the same.
Assist in developing HFM reports and performing UAT on the same.
Headcount Analysis and reconciliations.
Maintaining process documentation.
Support Ad-hoc activities/projects.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Accounting and Analytical skills: CA fresher or MBA Finance with relevant years of experience in Financial Accounting & Reporting or Financial Planning & Analysis.
Good analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Skills and Abilities:
Should have excellent MS Excel/PowerPoint skills.
Innovative and process improvement mindset.
