Roles and Responsibilities:
- 1. Reporting and Strategic Analysis
- Report to the Global Business Finance Managerand provide financial analysis and insights to support strategicdecision-making.
- Analyze financialdata to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- 2. Costing and Estimation Support
- Collaborate withthe costing/estimation team to support the costing of new products andservices.
- Provide relevantfinancial data to assist in the accurate estimation of costs.
- 3. Preparing Reports for Senior Management
- Prepare and presentfinancial reports and strategic documents for senior management and boardreviews.
- Ensure the accuracyand timeliness of all financial reports.
- 4. Liaising with Multi-Geography Teams
- Communicate andcoordinate with teams across different locations and functions (finance,project management, production) to gather and analyze data.
- Integrate data fromvarious sources to create comprehensive financial reports.
- 5. Facilitating Financial Review Meetings
- Organize and facilitatefinancial review meetings with various business groups.
- Present financialdata and analysis during meetings to support informed decision-making.
- 6. Data Analysis and Business Intelligence
- Work withproduction teams to prepare detailed reports for data analysis and businessintelligence purposes.
- Utilize businessintelligence tools to generate insights and recommendations.
- 7. Complex Business Analysis
- Perform in-depthanalysis of various business aspects to provide actionable insights.
- Evaluate financial performance, identify areasfor improvement, and recommend solutions.
- 8. Budgeting and Forecasting Support
- Assist in thepreparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare monthly andquarterly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports.
- Monitor financialperformance against budgets and forecasts, providing explanations forvariances.
Requirements
- MBA, /CWA, Bachelor Degree of Commerce from reputed college.
- Experience between 2-5 years.
- Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Data analytics skills such as Power BI and SQL.
