POSITION OVERVIEW:
Looking for an experienced Professional with core experience and strong interest in Accounting/Finance Controllership/Financial reporting role. A person should have sound knowledge of Accounting skills, India GAAP and India Direct and Indirect Tax Compliances, who will be assisting with the maintenance of books of account and related Tax compliance works within overall accounting and finance functions under Indian GAAP/Jurisdiction.
Your responsibilities will include:
Quarterly Statutory reporting, Corporation and GST returns for India jurisdiction. This exciting, well-rounded role offers great opportunity for development.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Looking for an experienced Professional with core experience and strong interest in Accounting/Finance Controllership/Financial reporting role. Your responsibilities will include:
Quarterly Statutory reporting, Corporation and GST returns for India jurisdiction. This exciting, well-rounded role offers great opportunity for development.
- Accounts payable management (vendors invoice processing).
- Daily book keeping/accounting for India Corporate entities, posting journal entries, accruals, costs allocations, revenue calculations and booking, various reconciliation, substantiation of balances etc.
- Monthly revenue/sales invoicing and collection.
- Periodic financial book closures and perform Month-end, Quarter-end and Year-end close activities.
- Preparation of Financial Statement as per India GAAP, co-ordinate with statutory auditors for completion of audit and filing the annual report with regulators.
- Supporting senior team members in the team in managing the routine responsibilities within overall accounts, finance, tax functions as below
- Monthly/ quarterly GST returns and related payments.
- Monthly/quarterly TDS returns and related payments.
- Quarterly CIT payments and annual tax returns.
- Fund management of entities under remit; settling the intercompany balances.
- Business partnering and working on business development projects and team initiatives.
- Liaising frequently with corporate, tax, compliance, legal teams in London and NY to ensure various matters are addressed proactively, timely and accurately.
- Working closely with the other team members on initiatives and ensuring team best practice.
- Completing ad hoc and special requests as directed.
- Maintaining various registers as per local regulations like Fixed assets register
Qualifications & Experience
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A non-CA with sound experience of up to 5 years/ a qualified CA with experience up to 2 years in relevant areas.
- Proactive / can do attitude, ability to assume responsibility on tasks and run with them to conclusion are a key success factors Hands-on and strong attention to detail is a must.
- Energy, sees the big picture and thinks forward.
- Analytical - the individual synthesizes complex or diverse information.
- Good oral and written communications adapted to various audiences.
- Cope well under pressure and able to balance multiples task simultaneously.
- High ethical standards and ability to observe confidentiality.
- Strong technical skills particularly on Excel
