Job Description: Accounts and Procurement Coordinator
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts and Procurement Coordinator to manage and streamline our financial and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, vendor management, and project accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Payment Tracking: Monitor and manage payments to suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely disbursements.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â GST Tracking: Maintain accurate GST records and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â PO Creation: Generate purchase orders for suppliers and vendors.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Sales Invoice Creation: Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately and on time.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â TDS Payments: Handle Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) payments and ensure compliance.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Receivable Tracking & Follow-up: Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients for collections.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Data Maintenance: Maintain and organize data related to purchases and sales.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â CA Coordination: Work closely with our Chartered Accountant for financial audits and compliance.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Bank Coordination: Liaise with banks for various transactions and account management.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Project Accounting: Facilitate communication and coordination between projects, purchase departments, and internal stakeholders.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Bank Account Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
Qualifications:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Proven experience in accounting, procurement, or a related field.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Proficiency in accounting software, Zoho Books and MS Office.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong communication and coordination abilities.
