We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Accounting Officer to join our team. This role will focus primarily on managing IC India accounts and will serve as the key liaison between our Chartered Accountant (CA) and IC staff. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in accounting and financial management.

Reports to:â Senior Finance and Compliance Manager at In-country

Location: In-countryâs Delhi Office, E-265, Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar-4, 110024.

Contract Type: Permanent

Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete accounting process for IC India accounts
  • Manage data entry and oversee bank reconciliation process.
  • Prepare balance sheets, financial statements, and payroll documents.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the CA and IC staff, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
  • Perform journal entries, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset capitalization.Â
  • Gather data for the preparation of monthly reports to track company financials.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports as needed.
  • Accurately maintain and update all accounting records of the company.
  • Ensure compliance with GST (Goods and Services Tax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) regulations.
  • Utilize ERP software for accounting and financial management tasks.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Â Maintain strict confidentiality of company books and records.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelorâs degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in managing end-to-end accounting
  • Proficient in journal entries, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset capitalization.
  • Basic understanding of GST and TDS regulations.
  • Experience with any ERP system is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn and take on new challenges.
