Central Accounting Transformation & Automation Lead
Will plays a crucial role in identifying and implementing improvements in financial processes within an organization.
Location: RCP, Ghansoli, Mumbai
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, a keen eye for process optimization, and a track record of driving efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of existing financial processes and systems.
2. Identify areas for improvement and develop comprehensive process improvement plans.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
4. Utilize data analytics and tools to measure process performance and identify opportunities for further optimization.
5. Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
6. Provide training and support to finance team members on new processes and tools.
7. Monitor and evaluate the impact of process improvements on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost savings, cycle time reduction, and accuracy.
8. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to financial process improvement.
9. Act as a subject matter expert on process improvement methodologies and tools within the finance department.
10. Collaborate with internal audit teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Qualifications: CA First Attempt / MBA Finance
