- Oversee the accounts receivable function, including invoicing, billing, and collections processes and maintain up to date billing system.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities and resolve payment discrepancies
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Assist with month-end closing and prepare all the required data on time
- Ensure TDS as per 26AS is accounted for and TDS certificates are collected from customers
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Assist in statutory audit and prepare audit schedules
- Accurate and timely submission of internal reports related to AR functions
- Improve collection efficiency
- Minimize the sales tickets by fixing the systems
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable management or related financial roles.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
