Job Purpose
Support the CFO with all key deliverables to the India Management Committee, Regional Finance Leadership and Board Meetings.
Key Accountabilities
1. Scorecard and KPI metrics preparation and monitoring
2. Strategic Cost Management -
3. Controls and Governance - Lead the control and operational risk agenda for Finance
4. Data Steward for Finance
5. Drive the People Agenda
Job Duties & responsibilities
1. Support the CFO with all key deliverables to the India Management Committee, Regional Finance Leadership and Board Meetings
2. Prepare and monitor Finance Scorecards to align with India and Regional level scorecards. The KPI’s include Financial Performance metrics, Stakeholder management and Focus Areas for the year
3. Coordinate within Finance to formulate annual and ad-hoc strategy to drive cost optimisation, operational efficiency and provide new ideas. Monitor implementation of the same
4. Being the operational risk manager to assess the risks and identify mitigants within the Finance function processes and operation.
5. Coordinate the finance function’s Business Continuity Process policy and implementation
6. Act as Single Point of contact on relevant query response for both external, Group and Internal Audit
7. Representing Finance India as Data steward, responsible for the support on the data to HO and locally. Formulate Dashboard with the use of analytics-based data solutions
8. Drive Surveys for People Engagement within Finance and monitor progress on the Survey feedback.
• Min 13-14 years’ experience in commercial banks preferably in Finance Division
• Have an understanding of Banking Operations and undertaken control and governance related tasks.
• Exposure in stakeholder management including Senior Management
• Managed teams in the past
• Relationship Building
Education / Preferred Qualifications
• CA and / or
• MBA Finance from Premier Institutions

• Exposure in Commercial Banking product life cycle

• Market Intelligence

• Close partnership with Business and Support Units
• Strong Working relationship with all units, Units within Finance and Regional counterparts
