Job purpose
The primary function of the role is to analyses every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.
The goal is to enable the company’s leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives.
Duties and responsibilities
Responsibility
Oversee the overall corporate budgeting preparation, management and monitoring processes. Perform financial entries, analysis, reporting and management support activities.
Ensure that the financial reports are prepared and delivered on time.
Review financial data for accuracy, correctness and completeness.
Monitor and manage all expense within the allotted budget.
Develop standard accounting procedures to improve financial operations efficiency.
Review annual budgets and recommend any changes if needed on timely manner
Manage account payable and receivable activities.
Perform account reconciliation activities.
Generate financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc.
Ensure accurate calculation and distribution of salaries and other benefits to employees.
Establish accurate forecasts regarding expenses and revenues and manage regular reporting requirements.
Vendor & Client Management (Payments, Invoices, Queries, relationship Etc)
Internal and External Audit Management & Tax planning’s
Manage P&L in accordance with the budgets planned.
Strong knowledge in statutory compliance - GST, TDS, PF, Professional tax, SEZ filings & Tax planning’s
Monitor competitor activity and stay updated about latest industry trends.
Establish key financial strategies to enhance business profitability.
Qualifications
Education: Graduation in finance / accounting 70%, CA/M.Com/MBA/ICWA
Skills: Excellent Accounting Knowledge, Proficiency in MS Excel
