Manager - Financial Reporting

Job Purpose

The job purpose is to oversee the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports specific to real estate holdings and transactions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and accounting standards such as IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

Principal Accountabilities

• Preparation of Ind AS-compliant Financial statements for Management & Audit purposes on quarterly basis for two of the group entities.
• Review of books of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable and ensure hygiene.
• Ensure timely closing of quarterly accounts, CFO review and audits.
• Ensure group reporting-related deliverable in Hyperion Financial Management including RPT reporting.
• Coordination within the group for smooth flow of details during quarterly closures & support in providing details for Board meetings.
• Handling Statutory Audit and provide necessary support for Internal Audit, Tax Audit and Assessment related requirements.
• Ensure sufficient coverage of Insurance for all the Fixed assets across group.
