Qualification -
• Qualified CA with approximately 1-3 years of accounting experience.

Purpose of the Role -
• Are you an ambitious individual who is passionate about challenges? CWT is looking for a dynamic Senior Executive - F&A to join the finance operations team. The candidate will support and collaborate with other CWT departments to ensure compliance with CWT internal policies, establishing Quality Control over accounting transactions.
Main Responsibilities -
• Managed Australia and New Zealand’s financial reporting obligations to the Group with the completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Led the interim and year-end audit for an Australian entity.
• Preparation of statutory annual financial statements.
• Preparation and lodgment of monthly Business Activity Statement (BAS), Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) and company tax returns.
• Review monthly balance sheet and resolve reconciling items within month-end reporting deadlines.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, consult and respond to their requirements to achieve outcomes, and facilitate cooperation.
• Manage and mentor one Financial Accountant.
• Manage the finance functions and transactions processed by the outsourced Genpact team (RTR and PTP).
• Managing the company’s financial systems and internal controls for compliance.
• Providing the management team commentary and analysis about the company’s performance.
• Cashflow forecasting.
• Ensure responses to ad hoc requests by the Group for financial-related information are appropriately delivered.
