The Role
The FP & A Manager will drive management reporting and analysis initiatives in the
organization, he will work closely with the CFO/Business finance leads to lead and create a
world-class FP & A function for the fastest-growing ed-tech company in the professional space
in India. Some of the key activities for the role are:
• Regular presentation/analysis of company performance
• Owning budgeting and forecasting process
• Monthly MIS reporting /Variance analysis with AOP/Rolling forecasts.
• Setting up and reporting key business metrics on a weekly and monthly basis
• Ad-hoc analysis to support cost initiatives
Requirements
• CA/MBA (from Tier 1 institutes) with 3 - 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools especially Excel, Knowledge of additional
analytical tools will be a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high growth environment
