Manager Corporate Finance

Role and Responsibilities:
As the Manager Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for:

• Financial and management accounting
• Financial reporting of quarterly and yearly results
• Presenting standalone and consolidated results of the company as per INDAS
• Quarterly reporting of Indian results to the group at Canada
• Leading a team and driving accounting policies and procedures across the organization
• Analytical skills including MIS, consolidation, and reports
• Working knowledge of GST
• Working on an ERP based environment
• Budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing using various models and KPIs
• Audits (internal and statutory)
• Conducting periodic reviews with presentations
• Liaison with stakeholders
• Project planning and execution of expansion, including capex budgeting, ROI, and other KPIs

Candidate Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications:

• Qualified CA with a minimum of 4 years of financial and management accounting experience with a reputed group
• Analytical skills including MIS, consolidation, and reports
• Working knowledge of GST
• Experience working on an ERP based environment
• Budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing using various models and KPIs
• Audits (internal and statutory)
• Conducting periodic reviews with presentations
• Leadership skills, including team management
