About the role: Lead all BPA activities within a country, unit, or function, a region or globally (depending on the division size), providing insightful and value-added analysis and decision support to the business leadership.
About The Role
Key Requirements:
- Financial Reporting & Planning: Supports and prepares data for monthly actuals reporting into IFP; feeds data and provides comments on performance for global and local decks
- Finalizes IFP submissions and loads reported data into templates that are the base for global slide decks. Enters comments in the templates and coordinates reviews of comments with the BU / QC BPA Business Partner.
- Collects and uploads monthly LO data into IFP, populates global templates and provides comments on deviations vs previous LO / TGT / LF.
- Prepares proposals for and books accruals for costs (PCE, NoPro) in alignment with the BU / QC BPA Business Partner.
- Prepares Personnel Cost forecasts based on FTE plans provided by the BU / QC BPA Business Partner.
- Financial Analysis & other support: Supports the relevant cost centre. Owners by approving POs, tracking and forecasting spend, preparing ad-hoc analyses on cost drivers and providing ideas for improvements.
- Prepares ad-hoc financial analyses on PCE, variances (PPV, POV, PUV), W/O, NoPro based on requests from BU / QC BPA Business Partner.
- Ensures global and local cost-related initiatives are tracked in monthly reports Compliance
- Ensures consistency of reported data with SAP, executes relevant NFCM controls that he / she owns. Participates in FCC reviews, providing support to local NFCM owner with explanations and proof of executed controls.
- Quality of requested analyses, quality of comments on the drivers of actual performance and deviations vs plans.
- Timeliness and completeness of any data submissions to Site and Global
- Business partnering with the Support Function Unit Head, P&O Business Partner and other stakeholders of the Support Function.
- Success of talent management in the Finance function within the NTO Operations Center Hyderabad
- CA with 5+ years of experience mainly in Plant/Manufacturing setup.
