Senior Accountant - Quatrro

The Senior Accountant is responsible for servicing the accounting needs of our nonprofit clients, including finance statements, reconciliation, payroll integration, accounts payable, and other Quatrro services. The senior accountant will serve as the brand ambassador of Quatrro and help initiate, maintain, and develop the relationship as a key contact and internal liaison for the client. This Senior Accountant role is a remote position.
Responsibilities:

• Delivers scheduled financial statements and provides coaching and counseling to the organization in order to help improve financial stability and achieve the organizations mission.

• Discuss the monthly financial statements, plans, and schedules with the client as applicable.

• Builds and maintains relationships by speaking with clients and key stakeholders and providing them with world-class customer service.

• Delivers the right resources and solutions to the client by identifying and engaging with them.

• Works closely with clients to solve issues related to complicated financial statement situations. Monitors finances to aid clients functioning within those guidelines and provides financial analysis and advice to clients.

• Provides best practices by leveraging different functions within Quatrro to help the client improve their business execution.

• Coordinates with other internal Quatrro teams for consultative support on all services, as needed.

Qualifications: Required :

• 4-year degree in accounting, finance, or business with an accounting/finance focus (or equivalent knowledge/experience),

• Ability to manage priorities and functions, excellent interpersonal skills

• Advanced knowledge of industry-specific accounting software and advanced Excel skills

• 2+ years of not-for-profit experience

• 4-7 years of Accounting experience

• Experience managing month-end close process

• Business acumen and ability to communicate with key stakeholders and C-level executives.

A Plus :

• Masters Degree, or CPA
