head and the successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the finance and accounting verticals of the firm In this capacity the Analyst Senior Analyst will work closely with the Head of Operations and senior leadership team to evaluate and execute key financial and strategic initiatives and functions for the business and interact directly with clients employees and vendors globally xefxbbxbfKey Responsibilities xc2xb7 Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded in the accounting software xc2xb7 Execute the Global Payroll and process monthly payroll journal entriesxc2xb7 Update accounts payable and perform bank reconciliationsxc2xb7 Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepanciesxc2xb7 Assist in the processing of balance sheets income statements and other financial statements according to government stipulated legal and company accounting and financial guidelinesxc2xb7 Performing daily monthly quarterly company compliance which includes making remittances xc2xb7 Assist in the preparation of monthly yearly closings xc2xb7 Tracking and closing GST TDS PF related activities and deliverables towards applicable company compliances by the governmentxc2xb7 Optimize management reporting information flow and management business process and organizational planningxc2xb7 Liaise with employees clients and vendors on critical operational and finance matters globally xc2xb7 Researching and performing due diligence on show cause notices and assisting the team on compliance requirements xc2xb7 Track and report on key metrics to provide feedback on financial and operational efficacy of business decisions ensure both the timeliness and accuracy of such reportingxc2xb7 Timely escalations and proactive approach towards sensitive matters Mandatory Skillsxc2xb7 Proactive selfstarter who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills high attention to detail proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Wordxc2xb7 Progressive experience and expertise in Core Accounting and FP A is a plusxc2xb7 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferably with a background in core finance and accounting practice
