As Financial Reporting Manager you will be managing the financial reporting team, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial insights to senior management, extensive experience in financial reporting, strong leadership abilities, and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

- Lead the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.

- Review and consolidate financial data from various departments to ensure consistency and accuracy.

- Oversee the preparation of external financial reports, including annual reports and SEC filings, if applicable.

Team Leadership:

- Manage and mentor a team of financial reporting professionals, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance reviews.

- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure financial reports and processes comply with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.

- Monitor changes in accounting regulations and assess their impact on financial reporting practices.

- Conduct regular reviews of financial processes and implement improvements as needed.

Financial Analysis:

- Analyze financial results and trends, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans.

Audit Coordination:

- Coordinate and support external and internal audit processes, including providing documentation and responding to audit inquiries.

- Facilitate the resolution of audit issues and ensure timely completion of audit activities.

- Oversee the use of financial reporting software and systems to ensure efficient and accurate reporting processes.

Qualifications:

- BachelorĂ¢s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- CPA, CMA, or other relevant certification required.

- 5-8 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a related field

- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).

- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse audiences.
