  • Blis is looking for a Financial Planning and Analyst Specialist based in Mumbai working for our EMEA,APAC and US subsidiaries.
  • The Financial Planning and Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting business decisions by collaborating with various teams to provide essential commercial finance analysis.
  • The role involves producing weekly sales reports, preparing a three-month revenue outlook, and issuing these to senior management.
  • Additionally, the analyst will review and prepare global monthly analysis packs and support the Senior FP&A Manager in producing monthly board packs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teams to provide essential commercial finance analysis.
  • Produce weekly sales reports and a three-month revenue outlook, issuing them to senior management.
  • Review and prepare global monthly analysis packs.
  • Support the Senior FP&A Manager in producing monthly board packs.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Finance Controller/Finance Business Partner to prepare ad hoc analysis.
  • Assist in managing the CRM system to ensure all information is correct and up to date.
  • Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior year.
  • Produce monthly ROI reports.
  • Support the creation of monthly country packs containing financial and operational data specific to each country or region where the company operates.
Skills and requirements
  • CA,CPA qualified with 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
  • Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis tools (eg, Excel, Tableau), and familiarity with ERP and financial software.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey financial insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
