  • Financial Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's objectives and long-term goals.
    • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/Managing Director and members of the executive management team.
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Financial Management:

    • Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
    • Optimize financial performance by analyzing financial data and identifying trends.
  • Risk Management:

    • Identify and manage financial risks, including currency and interest rate risks.
    • Implement and oversee internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
    • Ensure appropriate insurance coverage is in place to mitigate risks.
  • Investment and Funding:

    • Oversee investment activities and manage relationships with investors and financial institutions.
    • Secure funding for the company’s projects and operations.
    • Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to the executive team.
  • Leadership and Team Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
    • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the finance department.
    • Collaborate with other departments to achieve the company’s financial and strategic goals.


  • Requirements
    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
    • A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA) is preferred

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role within the EPC electrical contracting industry.
    • Proven track record in strategic financial planning, risk management, and securing funding for large projects.

    Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards applicable to the EPC industry.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
