The Assistant Manager - Finance will be responsible for ensuring process compliance, managing payments, and conducting reconciliations. This role requires proficiency in Zoho, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage employee reimbursements. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and the ability to support various finance-related tasks.

Roles And Responsibilities


  • Manage accounting and bookkeeping tasks using Zoho.
  • Prepare and analyse management information systems (MIS) reports.
  • Ensure tax compliance and perform tax reconciliations.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time.
  • Handle accounts receivable, including contract compliance, KYC verification, invoicing, and collections.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Support financial reporting and analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.
  • Perform other finance-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Semi-qualified CA with 2-3 years of post-articleship experience.
  • Proficiency in Zoho and its various modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have stopped appearing for CA exams; leaves will not be granted every 6 months.
