We're hiring an Assistant Manager for Accounts Payable at our Head Office in the Accounts department. This role offers a competitive salary range of 30k-50k, plus attractive variable incentives.

Designation: Assistant Manager

Work Location: Jaipur

Salary: 3.6 LPA - 6.0 LPA, plus attractive variable incentives.

Required Education:
  • MBA in Finance or CA (degree in progress acceptable).


Required Work Experience & Knowledge:
  • Proven 2-4 years experience in water infrastructure company.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


Essential/Key Responsibilities:
  • Bookkeeping and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, record transactions, ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Accounts Payable: Manage invoices, verify expenses, process payments, handle collections.
  • Tax Compliance: Stay updated with tax laws, ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Team Management: Provide guidance to enhance team performance, foster a collaborative environment.


Operational Duties:
  • Payments of Vendor and Dealer: Process invoices, ensure timely payments, maintain payment records.
  • Credit Management: Establish and monitor credit limits, review credit terms.
  • Expense Management: Monitor company expenses, enforce expense policies.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies.
  • Accounting Entries and Finalization: Record journal entries, ensure accuracy in financial records, assist in financial statement finalization.
  • Document Management: Organize physical documents, ensure accessibility for audits.


Skills Required:
  • Hands-on experience with Excel.
  • Deep knowledge of accounts processes, from bills payable to receivable, B2B, and B2C transactions.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
