Responsibilities
Preparing of standard reports and adhoc analysis of warehouse expenses, transportation costs & inventory levels Managing Distribution financial KPI scorecards - working with transport and Warehouse teams Generate reports & visualisations to communicate financial insights i.e. Support the preparation of management reports (Actual vs Forecast vs Budget, Vol/Rate/Mix analysis, Various metrics i.e. CPK, Vehicle utilization, Route optimization, Distribution damages etc.) to be distributed to various stakeholders in daily/weekly/monthly intervals Lead and support standardization & automation of scorecards and information Profit forecasting based on commercial variables, pricing and what-if scenarios. Help identify cost drivers for business & mitigate risks Help Design, implement and monitor internal controls within the distribution environment Support with robust financial evaluation/review of productivity projects PowerSteering to ensure the benefit is reflecting in P&L Build sustainable planning processes & tools to enhance efficiency & responsiveness of Supply Chain financial forecasting

Qualifications
- 4-5+ years of experience in finance and planning
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in commerce/business administration / economic with high level of Finance & Accounting Experience. CMA/MBA/CPA Finance is preferred
- Sound knowledge of financial systems (SAP, HFM, MS Office and Other financial reporting systems)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good understanding of business processes
- Strong technical knowledge and experience of both Management reporting and planning processes.

- Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work on SLAs and tight deadlines
- Numerate and a lateral thinker, good at data analysis, with a strong attention to detail
- Proven experience of working with ambiguity and managing multiple projects/tasks.
