Financial Analyst ( Internship )

As a Financial Analyst Intern at Sapaad, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the billing process for our fintech products and services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Ensuring precise and timely billing and invoicing for all subscriptions.

• Collaborating with the team to accurately maintain pricing and billing models in our billing system.

• Effectively addressing and resolving billing inquiries and disputes in a timely and efficient manner.

• Generating reports and conducting analyses to monitor the billing and financial performance of our fintech products.

• Collaborating with various departments to ensure the accuracy and currency of billing information within our internal systems.

• Regularly analyzing and settling customer billing.

• Performing customer sales reconciliations.

• Managing and maintaining customer statements of accounts.

• Managing billing tracking and reconciliations with fintech partners.

• Reviewing and updating customer KYC information.

• Proactively communicating customer performance trends and analysis.

• Ensuring data privacy by granting access only to authorized personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing or part-qualified in CA, ACCA, CPA, or an MBA.

• Strong understanding of accounting and financial analysis principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Proactive and possess excellent communication skills.
