Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Finance â APAC, the Commercial Finance Analyst will play a key role in the financial & commercial management of the APAC region.
The role will partner with the Business on finance matters including financial analysis, forecasting and bidding. This is an exciting role that will involve regular interaction with business leaders and exposure to teams in multiple markets.
The successful candidate will be finance professional with the technical and interpersonal skills to gain the trust of the senior management and business partners. The role will require commercial acumen and the ability to communicate to and influence stakeholders from across the business.
Responsibilities:
Monthly Accounts Cycle â Review financials to ensure accuracy and understanding of results Detailed earnings review Variance Analysis of Revenue and Costs WIP & Debtors Analysis Prepare monthly Mgt Review Presentation
Forecasting â Share insights and provide clarity to the business Monthly Revenue forecast Resource Cost Forecasting Support annual Budgeting and long range Forecast process.
Analysis â Commercial Analysis & Decision Support Partner with the business on bids, business plans, tenders Contract Reviews Project Profitability Analysis Utilization Analysis

Experience: 2.00-4.00 Years

Responsibilities:
Desired Experience and Education:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- 2+ years experience post qualification â audit/accounting/analysis
- Experience working within a multicurrency environment would be an advantage
- Microsoft Excel â experienced user
- Strong attention to detail & excellent communication skills
- Results driven, self-motivated and resourceful
- Industry/sectors - professional services and construction & Commercial experience would be a plus.
