Mandatory Requirement:
  • • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in portfolio management and investment analysis.
  • • The role will be supporting the investment decisions, risk management, and compliance of the investing entity.
  • • Proven experience in assessing new opportunities in fund management while effectively managing existing portfolios.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
  • • Serve as the fund's representative in structured engagements with regulators and investors.
  • • Engage proactively with policymakers to contribute to GIFT City's regulatory framework.
  • • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all GIFT City activities.
  • • Coordinate effectively with trustees, custodians, bankers, and regulators for approvals and transactions.
  • • Assist with reviewing quarterly and annual financials and statements prepared by the Back-office team.
  • • Optimize fund structure to industry benchmarks.
  • • Demonstrate proficiency in fund administration and management.
  • • Provide critical support to the investment team based in Mumbai, overseeing end-to-end fundraising and deal sourcing.


Skills and Competencies:
  • Minimum 2- 5 year's experience in BFSI
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make decisions that align with organizational goals.
