The position of Assistant Manager presents a compelling opportunity within the realm of mid-management.   • Actively manage and nurture a diverse and talented team, with a strong emphasis on attracting, retaining, and developing top-tier individuals. Your leadership skills will be crucial in identifying succession plans for critical positions and implementing comprehensive development plans for exceptional talent, fostering a high-performing workforce
  • Entrusted with the overarching responsibility of organizing and delivering services such as Reconciliation, Reporting, and taxation across territories.
  • Play a vital role in supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, where you will have the opportunity to develop effective business processes and accounting policies, bolster internal control mechanisms, and fortify the organization's financial integrity.

  • Proactively identify and implement recommendations to enhance processes and procedures, continuously striving to simplify, standardize, and improve operations across all functional units.   • Beyond the confines of daily operations, serve as a trusted partner to business leaders, providing insightful inputs and leveraging your financial acumen to influence key strategic decisions. Your role will extend to assisting the Manager with the production of statutory or branch accounts, as well as internal or external audits, thereby contributing to the organization's overall financial governance and compliance.

Candidate Specification

  • To thrive in this position, we seek a talented and ambitious professional with a Chartered Accountant qualification and a proven track record of 3-5 years in the field. Candidates with internship experience from Big 4 firms will be given preference.
  • Strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills will be essential in collaborating with diverse stakeholders and driving impactful outcomes.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is a prerequisite for this role. As a global organization, there may be opportunities for business travel, both within and outside of India, allowing you to broaden your horizons and gain valuable international exposure.
