Job Purpose

End to end monitoring of Regulatory Reporting, Handling of regulatory Inspection, ESG reporting, monitoring of BASEL related reporting

Duties And Responsibilities

• End to end supervision and monitoring of regulatory reporting requirements
• End to end monitoring and supervision of various controllership activities w.r.t Regulatory requirements and data submission to Regulator
• End to End monitoring of process of various business functions in line with regulatory requirement.
• Analysis of various RBI guidelines and its impact on business operations and alignment of the same with concerned units
• Identification and analysis of gaps in the processes from a regulatory perspective and finalizing mitigation measures for the same
• Monitoring and review of a health check reports on the various system data points from a regulatory perspective and identification of gaps and finalization of mitigation measures in alignment with concerned stakeholders
• Vetting of product SOP and Board policy in line with Regulatory Requirement.
• Handling annual / periodic Regulatory inspection / Statutory Audit/ Internal audit
• Laisoning with multiple cross functional teams to ensure appropriate alignment of process in line with Regulatory Requirement.
• Preparation and presentation of the findings and actionable to management for process gaps and mitigation measures
• End to end monitoring of ESG & BRSR reporting alognwith engagement with rating agencies and ESG initiatives of the company
• End to end monitoring of BASEL project related deliverables
  
  

Key Decisions / Dimensions

Finalization of process gaps identified and recommending actionable for the same

Vetting of policies and SOP in line with RBI requirements and providing inputs on the same

Finalization of various reports and data points for onward submission to Regulator

Finalization of policies and process in line with regulatory requirements

Finalization of details to be submitted as a part of ESG/ BRSR reporting

Finalization of details to be submitted as a part of BASEL related reporting

Major Challenges

Analysis of system functionalities / process in line with Regulatory Requirements

Co-ordination with multiple cross functional teams for alignment with regulatory requirements

Identification of gaps is systems and process and closure of the same

Handling of Regulatory inspection / statutory audit and internal audit

Identification of gaps in data and finalization of mitigation measures

Monitoring and delivery of ESG related actionable

Monitoring of delivery of BASEL related actionable

Analysis and review of policies of company and alignment of the same with Regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications And Experience

• Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements (RBI guidelines)
• Operating knowledge of ERP
• MS Excel proficiency
• High analytical abilities
• Exceptional communicational skills

Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of Regulatory Reporting & Financial Reporting
Skills: Ms Excel, Erp, Regulatory Reporting, Analytical Abilities
